Granvilles live music night for Helen’s Lifeline

Granvilles

There’s a night of live music at Granvilles at the end of February to raise money for a Stone mum’s cancer treatment.

Zoe Gregory and Julie Hope started the fundraising campaign in September last year after their friend Helen Hutchinson was told that free NHS cancer treatment had been exhausted. Helen had been diagnosed with bowel cancer three years ago, but in August she was told that it had spread to her lungs. The only option left now was to pay privately for a drug called Aflibercept – at a cost of £3,500 a month.

So far, over £30,000 has been raised and the event at Granvilles on Sunday 28th February from 7pm will be pushing the total even higher.

Tickets cost £12.50, which include a glass of Prosecco on arrival. There’ll be live music from LED and Uptown Three. Tickets are available from Granvilles or the Helen’s Lifeline Facebook page.
