The annual event, held in Walsall, attracted several hundred competitors from across the UK.

Stone Lau Gar meets on a Monday evening at St Dominic’s Social Centre in Station Road, with a beginners’ class from 7.30 – 8.30 and an intermediate/advanced class from 8.30-9.30. Classes are suitable for all ages, with the youngest students starting at around seven years’ old and many parents and children training together. Beginners are welcome all year round.
