Local Artist helps bereavement charity to raise funds with Sip and Paint

Roselyn Snead, a local artist and art tutor, has teamed up with Stafford & District Bereavement & Loss Support Service to help raise much-needed funds for the charity.

A ‘Sip and Paint’ event is being held at The Crown Wharf in Stone on Tuesday 21st March (7-9pm) in the Board Room and is open to anyone who fancies a go at art whilst having a cuppa (or something stronger!). Tuition and materials plus a cuppa are all included in the £22 donation, and you will be able to take your creation away with you!

Please get in touch with Lesley Bailey on 07702 311037 or email lesleybailey058@gmail.com to book your place.

Roselyn has previously taught watercolour painting and mixed media courses for colleges and ‘Art for well being’ WEA courses in the community, taught GCSE art to young people with emotional issues as well as working through her own personal journey with grief.

Roselyn now has a range of her art available as paintings, prints, cards, cushions and much more and she has a newly published book called ‘Fox Finds Love’. You can find out more about her work at www.artbyrose.co.uk or at www.redbubble.com
