Local man Andrew Lavelle is looking for sponsorship for the 2019 London Marathon, and is literally offering himself up piece by piece!
Raising money for Care for the Family (www.careforthefamily.org.uk), Andrew is offering up his body parts to would-be sponsors to advertise their business on the part of their choice.
Along with the on-body advertising, sponsors will also be included in all social media & news articles, and feature on the Virgin Money fundraising site picture.
Andrew says; “Care for the Family is an AMAZING charity which aims to promote strong family life and to help those who face family difficulties, by providing parenting, relationship and bereavement support through events, resources, courses, training and volunteer networks. The idea is to sponsor me like you would a Formula One car, only obviously I’m much slower!”
