Natural health in the spotlight at special fair

Aromatherapy oils on display at the Natural Health Fair

Hundreds of visitors discovered the wide range of complementary therapies on offer in the Stone area at the tenth Natural Health Fair on Saturday 20th November.

Held at the Crown Hotel in the High Street, the Natural Health Fair was organised by holistic health provider the Ishta Centre on Kings Avenue, which is also celebrating its tenth anniversary this year.

The ballroom was packed with stalls, featuring everything from acupuncture, magnetic therapy, aromatherapy, essential oils, hypnotherapy, meditation, Indian head massage and more. There were lots of therapies to try out and plenty of talks and workshops. There was also a raffle, with all proceeds going to Stone multiple sclerosis support group SAMS.
