A quiz night is being held at St Michael’s Hall in Lichfield Street in Stone on Saturday 22nd February.
The quiz has a 7.30 for 8pm start. It costs £6 per person to take part, which includes a light supper. The maximum team size is six. Contact Dennis Abbott on 07866341111 to book your team. The last quiz at the hall proved very popular, with 15 teams taking part, so book early if you’d like to take part on 22nd February.
All proceeds from the event will go to the St Michael’s Hall renovation fund. The hall has recently been fitted out with a complete set of new, efficient radiators and is undergoing some redecoration, replacement of light fittings and rewiring. There is still plenty to be done, however. Carpets need replacing, a disabled access toilet is required and the roof still needs replacing!
