A special guest will join The Lewis Partnership’s Executive Head Chef, Matt Davies, at the pass in his ‘pop-up’ restaurant at the Stone Food & Drink Festival this year, offering foodies a very rare opportunity.
On the evenings of Friday, 30th September and Saturday 1st October Matt will be joined by Stuart McLeod, Development Director and Co-Founder of Zuidam, to present a special 5 course tasting menu. Stuart is the only chef to have held four AA rosettes at two establishments concurrently – at Castle House & La Rive in 2001 – a pedigree that has inspired the menu he has created in partnership with Matt for this very special evening.
On arrival, guests will enjoy Prosecco and snacks, followed by a 5 course menu comprising starter, fish, main, dessert, cheese, coffee & petits fours that will take them on a culinary voyage of discovery. Chef Matt says:

The gourmet tasting menu evenings will take place from 7.30pm on Friday 30th September and Saturday 1st October in the Pop up in the Park restaurant on Stone’s Westbridge Park, with tickets priced at £45 pp.
During the day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, while the food festival is in full swing, the ‘pop-up’ restaurant will serve a la carte lunches and cream teas, offering a perfect way to take a break from the bustle of the big event.
