Bookings are now open for Chase the Adventure, a 1940s-themed escape room launching this July on Whitebridge Estate – here’s what you need to know!

The Human Wolf opens 26th July
The first escape room experience, The Human Wolf, opens its doors on Saturday, 26th July. Set in wartime Europe, the story sees players brought in to investigate the mysterious disappearance of Dr Hans Booker – a man who vanished on the very day he was due to reveal a life-altering discovery.
Expect cryptic clues, eerie ambience and plenty of twists – with the level of scariness/horror can be dialled down on request. Games run five times daily, starting at 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm, and 8:00 pm. The venue is open Wednesday to Monday, with Tuesdays set aside for resets and maintenance.
A fully immersive 1940s setting
Located at 22B Whitebridge Estate, just five minutes from Stone train station, the venue has been thoughtfully designed to transport players back to the 1940s. From antique lamps to chain-link adorned fedoras, the setting pulls you into the world of the game before the clock even starts ticking.

Players are welcome to get into the spirit by dressing up in period costume or reenactmentgear, though it’s not required!
Pricing and group sizes
Game pricing is based on the size of the group:
- 2 players – £40
- 3 players – £60
- 4 players – £76
- 5 players – £85
- 6 players – £90
Each session lasts up to 60 minutes, with puzzles designed to suit a mix of ages and abilities, including language, logic, dexterity, and maths.

Christmas room teased for winter
Following The Human Wolf, the team are planning a festive fright for the end of the year. A new limited-run escape room called Krampus will take over the horror slot from November to December – blending dark folklore with seasonal surprises. It’s expected to become part of a seasonal cycle, encouraging return visits.
