Following the developments in response to the Covid-19 outbreak, Stone Community Hub is making the following operational changes with immediate effect.
- Only designated staff and volunteers will be allowed access to the Frank Jordan Centre.
- Clients requesting an emergency food parcel should telephone between on 01785 812417 (or text on 07395 668115) between 10am and 12am on weekdays except for Thursdays.
- We will arrange a collection time and leave your parcel outside the door for you to collect.
- We will deliver emergency food parcels to vulnerable people or those in self-isolation who are unable to leave their home. Please contact us with your details on the above numbers.
- Please note that the food parcels will contain essential items and we are unlikely to be able to tailor parcels to particular requirements.
- Donations for the food bank are welcome. Please contact us if you would like to deliver to us or for us to collect.
- Financial donations to enable us to continue our work will be gratefully received through the Golden Giving facility on our website stonecommunityhub.org
- The ‘Drop-In Cafe’, ‘Hub Grub’ and ‘Craft’ sessions have been cancelled until further notice.
These arrangements reflect current Government advice and may change depending on the latest thinking and Staff availability. We will resume our normal services as soon as advice allows.
