A community clean-up of the graffiti alongside the canal takes place on Sunday 10th March from 10am – huge thanks to Stone In Bloom for organising. Meet at the canoe club on Westbridge Park.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE ORGANISERS:
With the graffiti being so close to the canal we cannot risk using chemical cleaning fluids to clean off the paint as we run the risk of polluting the canal. Would anyone who turns up please only use ORGANIC GELS and under no circumstances any fluids containing bleach or paint thinners. Thank you and look forward to seeing you there!

Jill Hood said: “Please take along brushes and buckets and let friends and family know – the more people who are there, the quicker we can get it done. I’ve looked at the graffiti around the town today and it’s pure vandalism, very sad indeed.”
