Men aged 45 and over who fancy getting back into football are being invited to join a friendly weekly group in Stone.
Stone Old Alleynians is looking for more local players to join a group which has been playing together for more than 10 years.
There is no league or competitive fixture programme, with games played among the group each week and players of different abilities and fitness levels welcome.
The group currently plays every Thursday from 7.30pm at St Dominic’s Priory School in Stone.
The first session is free, with games then costing £3 per week.
Organisers say the emphasis is on having fun, keeping fit and socialising, particularly for anyone who may have been considering returning to football but has been concerned about their fitness or fitting into an established group.
The group plans to move back outdoors to Alleynes Sports Centre once the new pitch there is completed. Plans for improvements at the sports centre include upgrading the existing all weather pitch as part of the development of Stone Old Alleynians’ facilities.
