If you’re looking to increase your wellbeing, mobility and fitness then Stone Ramblers’ Health Walks could be the answer in 2016.
Every Tuesday morning at 10.45am a group of people meet at the Scout Hut on Westbridge Park for a walk.
Two walks of varying length are offered to suit the needs of those taking part and last between 45 and 90 minutes. Those who currently take little or no exercise or are recuperating are welcome. Most walks take place in Stone, but to add variety on alternative weeks the group car share to local beauty spots. Walks planned for the next few months include Downs Banks, Sandon, Hanchurch Woods, Stone’s Common Plot and more.
There is no need to book and the walks are free. Full details of the programme can be seen at www.stoneramblers.com/walkingforhealth.htm
