One week in and almost 750 online survey’s have been completed regarding Stone’s play, sporting and event facilities at Westbridge Park.
Last week we reported that Stafford Borough Council would be carrying out a series of consultations around the facilities at Westbridge Park. The organised consultation focused around key users of the space including local Stone residents, schools, community groups and local councillors.
A key element was the launch of an online survey that allows all present and future users the opportunity to state what’s important to THEM. A play park, BMX track, skate park, football pitches as well as picnic areas and nature trails have all been feed back to us via our Facebook page.
The consultation is being ran by Red Kite Network who the Borough Council have engaged to gather the publics wishes and draw up a feasibility document on how they can be delivered. Full details about the consultation can be found at www.staffordbc.gov.uk/westbridgeparkconsultation
Although almost 750 responses have been made it’s important that as many people as possible provide their feedback into the process. If you’d like to provide your feedback then here’s a direct link to the online questionnaire.
The survey will close on 16 March 2018 and the consultation website contains a breakdown of the facilities on offer in Stone.
If you complete all the questions and provide your contact details at the end of the survey, you will be entered into a prize draw for a £100 gift voucher.
