The Gardening Club of Stone’s Chrysanthemum and Dahlia Society will be getting a botanical tour of the largest Greek island at their next meeting.
Speaker is Vic Aspland from Stourbridge who will talk about “Crete in Spring and Autumn”.

Vic is chairman of the trustees at Birmingham Botanical Gardens; President of the Cyclamen Society; a correspondent for the quarterly journal of the Alpine Garden Society and has been a keen grower of alpines since the early 1970s.
The talk is at Christ Church Centre on Thursday 11th July at 7.30pm.
