Eclipse 2015 Composite

This amazing image of Friday’s solar eclipse – taken by Stone photographer Ian Turner from Walton – has become the most popular photo shared on the Little Bit of Stone Facebook page.

The composite image – which is a number of photos stitched together that were taken at roughly 10-minute intervals using a nine stop ND filter – has received almost 1,000 likes and has so far been seen by approaching 20,000 people. You can buy a print of it HERE on Ian’s website.
