Stone’s Rooftop Studios has something special in store for little dancers aged between two and seven this Christmas.
On Sunday, 8th December they will get the chance to take part in free festive ballet classes with the studio’s RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) trained teachers before meeting and having their photos taken with everyone’s favourite ballet mouse, ‘Angelina’.
Principal Elaine Bird said: “There’s something magical for little ones about ballet and it’s a fantastic introduction to the world of dance; teaching all the basics of poise that they will benefit from whether they choose to continue and take exams as they get older or decide that ballet’s not really for them.
“This event is aimed at being fun for both first-time dancers and also for those already hooked on ballet, and we’re sure that our very special guest will enchant youngsters and parents alike.”
The event, which will take place in two sessions at 11am and 12pm, is free to attend and the studio will be offering special ‘Christmas Gift’ deals that bundle terms of ballet classes and starter outfits to provide the perfect present for your budding ballerina.
