Nick Hancock

Potteries TV celebrity Nick Hancock will be the auctioneer at a Burns Night event at Sandon Hall at the end of January to raise money for Stone Community Hub.

The Hub provides a range of services from the base at the Frank Jordan Centre in Lichfield Street, including a youth cafe, a food bank, a job club, legal advice clinics and much more. Find out more on their website.

Nick Hancock – who presented the BBC’s They Think It’s All Over for 10 years – is backing the Stone charity’s work by looking after the auction on the night, which will feature some great items.

The Burns Night event takes place in the opulent setting of Sandon Hall on Friday 29th January from 7pm, and some tickets are still available. There will be a raffle and auction – with Nick Hancock – as well as a live band, a three-course meal with wine, and whisky to toast the haggis! There will also be a glass of sparkling wine on arrival.
