Stone Community Hub is asking local residents for help replenishing its food bank after a busy couple of months left supplies running low.

The Hub, based at the Frank Jordan Centre on Lichfield Street, has issued a list of food, toiletries, household essentials and pet food that it particularly needs.
Items currently needed include:
• Tea, coffee and drinking chocolate
• UHT long life milk
• Cereals
• Jars of pasta, curry and other sauces
• Tinned fish, meat and meat paste
• Biscuits
• Tinned vegetables
• Tinned fruit
• Tinned custard and rice pudding
• Toilet rolls
• Microwave rice and pasta
• Dog and cat food
• Fresh fruit and vegetables
• Soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving foam and shower gel
• Cleaning materials
Donations can be taken to the rear entrance of Stone Community Hub via the car park between 10am and 3pm.
The Hub is at the Frank Jordan Centre, Lichfield Street, Stone, ST15 8NA.
