Local estate agent has been promoted to a new role of partner with Butters John Bee, where she was formerly the manager of the Stone branch.
In response to the worldwide coronavirus outbreak, Butters John Bee is rolling out its Partner scheme which will see agents based at home backed up by local offices and infrastructure including a national call centre, state of the art social media support and their mobile “pocket” app technology.
Paula said:
“Moving home is such an important time and my sellers now know I’ll be with them personally throughout the process. Each client’s story and situation is unique and our bespoke service is a real reflection of today’s world. I just want to reassure the people of Stone, that it’s business as usual but now with a personal touch and I can’t wait to visit you and get you moving!”
Butters John Bee is part of the haart network, Managing Director Antony Lark added:
“It’s great to welcome local agents like Paula as one of our first Partners in a new scheme which will see us growing our network across the UK.
“Unlike other organisations that employ people on a self-employed basis with all its inherent risks, our Partners are fully employed by haart, with all the benefits and security this brings.
“Plus, by replacing some of our branches with people working from home, giving them a better work-life balance and more flexibility around their working day, we are able to reinvest the money we save on office costs by providing better marketing and technology to support our customers. It really is a win-win all round.”
