Are you a young cricket enthusiast looking for a fun and supportive environment to improve your skills and play the game you love – if so then get in touch with Little Stoke Cricket Club!
Little Stoke Cricket Club, based on Uttoxeter Road in Stone, are on the lookout for more junior players to join our growing section. Their junior teams cater to players of all ages, from beginners to advanced levels. They pride themselves on having a supportive environment where young cricketers can learn the ropes of the game while also having the chance to compete in local leagues and tournaments.
They’re looking for players who are eager to learn, improve, and enjoy the game. If this sounds like you, or someone you know, their Spring training programme commences with 10 training sessions beginning on Sunday, January 26th from 5.30-8pm at Newcastle School in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
During the coming outdoor season beginning in April they will be offering training to different groups. Little Stoke Cricket Club offers All Stars for children age 5 to 8 and for girls aged 8 to 11, we offer Dynamos, which is a great introduction to softball cricket.
For older juniors, they progress slowly from softball to hardball, and for women there is the chance to join their softball squad. There is also the opportunity to join in Staffordshire girl’s and women’s softball festivals and play matches in Little Stoke’s different teams. They have also started playing Women’s hardball cricket, and welcome those who would like to give this a go.
If you have an interested child aged between 6 and 12 years old simply get in touch with the club via the details below and they’ll be happy to provide more details about how you can join our club.
