
A-level students from St Dominic’s Priory School are celebrating tonight after they all secured their first choice of university following another great set of results at the Station Road school.
This year the school achieved a 97% A-level pass rate, with 64% achieved at grades A*, A and B. Eighty per cent of students achieved four A-levels.
Highlights include Keely Banks (five A-levels at A*/A), Katherine Taylor (A*, two As and a B), head girl Aimee Hawkins (two As, a B and a C) and deputy head girl Bethany Price (A*, A and two Bs).
A school spokesman said: “We are delighted that our students have produced another remarkable range of results and we are thrilled they have all secured their first choice of university. Congratulations to all our girls.”
