Drivers using the A34 around Stone are being warned of possible delays on Saturday morning as a large abnormal load travels north through Staffordshire.
The movement is due to begin at 8am on Saturday 15 August, with the load travelling from Stafford before joining the A34 at Beaconside.
It will then head north along the A34, passing Stone on its way towards Trentham, where the driver is expected to take a break.
The load will continue through Hanford and Trent Vale towards Newcastle under Lyme, before heading around the ring road and rejoining the A34 for the journey towards Congleton and Holmes Chapel.
Police riders will accompany the movement and may introduce temporary traffic holds or diversions as it progresses.
The load has a top speed of around 25 mph, so motorists travelling on the A34 should allow extra time if they encounter it.
Updates are expected to be provided as the movement progresses.
