The Office for National Statistics has launched its recruitment campaign to fill 35,000 temporary jobs across England and Wales for next year’s census.
The next census takes place on March 27th 2011 and there are 240 jobs available in Stafford borough and south Staffordshire.

Available jobs include census co-ordinators, who will help to manage local teams; census collectors, who will provide help and support on the doorstep; and ‘special enumerators’, who will be responsible for communal establishments like care homes, hotels and student halls of residence.
