Children get dressed up for Roald Dahl day

On the 13th September pupils from St Michael’s First School were encouraged to dress up as their favourite character from a Roald Dahl book in order to celebrate 100 years since his birth.  Each of the year groups focused on a different book for the whole of the week:

  • Nursery and Early Years – The Enormous Crocodile
  • Year 1 – The Giraffe the Pelly and Me
  • Year 2 – George’s Marvellous Medicine
  • Year 3 – The BFG
  • Year 4 – Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
