Crown Wharf Theatre offers cool cinema screenings during hot weather

Crown Wharf Theatre is inviting people to escape the heat this week with three cinema screenings in its air conditioned auditorium.

The Stone theatre says ice cream will also be available at the bar, with films and theatre screenings planned for Sunday 28 June and Wednesday 1 July.

The line up starts with Mrs. Doubtfire, the 12A family comedy, at 2.30pm on Sunday 28 June.

Later the same day, National Theatre Live’s Les Liaisons Dangereuses will be screened at 7pm. The production is rated 15 and carries a warning for brief strong sex.

The Notebook, rated 12A, will then be shown at 2.30pm on Wednesday 1 July.
