Alleyne’s Academy is inviting older people in the town to a festive gathering on Wednesday 10 December.
It takes place from 2.15 pm to 3.15 pm.
The plan is some carols, a short game of bingo, and some refreshments in a relaxed setting. It is aimed at anyone who would appreciate some company rather than a large festive event.

Relatives and neighbours are being encouraged to pass the details on to those who might enjoy it. The school says the invitation is open to all older residents who would enjoy the event.
Places are limited so booking is needed.
