A developer is holding a public exhibition in Stone on its plans for housing on land next to Little Stoke Cricket Club off Uttoxeter Road.
Richborough Estates wants to build around 85 homes on the four hectare site. In a letter to people living nearby, the developer says its proposals also include “new affordable properties, public open space, sustainable urban drainage systems and ponds, and a significant level of new tree planting”.
The public exhibition is at Little Stoke Cricket Club on Tuesday 7th October between 3pm and 8pm.

Following this initial consultation with local people, Richborough Estates will submit an outline planning application to Stafford Borough Council, which will go out for public views in the usual manner.
