Former pupils from Granville School enjoyed an evening of reminiscing at Wetherspoons recently.
The reunion, held on 25th April, was predominantly to mark the 50th anniversary of the class of 1965, but Carole Shardlow said that over the years they have welcomed all ex-Granville attendees, older and slightly younger alike, with even regular Alleynians joining them for a fun evening recalling classroom capers.

Plans are even already afoot for next year’s get together on Saturday 23rd April 2016, though the venue has yet to be finalised. Carole says the group would love to see all the ex-pupils who have yet to attend one of the reunions, to share the memories of their experiences and laughter.
Those attending on this occasion were still wanting more after the bar closed at 1.30am!

Just a long shot, i attended Granville School from 1962/68. Is there anyone of that period still around?
