Man arrested over nursery break-in

A man from Stoke-on-Trent has been arrested and bailed in connection with the recent burglary of Giggles And Wiggles in Stone. The 18-year-old from Normacot was bailed until 9th August.

The break-in at the nursery – on the Mount Road industrial estate – was discovered on the morning of Sunday 17th June and took place some time between the Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. The burglars smashed a window to get into the nursery and escaped with what police described as a small quantity of cash.
