A man is due in court today (19th May) charged with theft from motor vehicles, theft of a garden statue and possession of cannabis.
The man was arrested yesterday, Monday 18th May, by officers investigating a spate of thefts from motor vehicles across the Stafford Borough Local Policing Team area, including Stone, last week.
Shane Gallagher, aged 28, from Chatsworth Road, Stoke-on-Trent, is due to appear before Cannock Magistrates.
Officers will be continuing to make enquiries to reunite recovered property with its rightful owners.
