Police appeal after non-stop collision near Norton Bridge

Police are appealing for information after a cyclist was injured in a hit-and-run collision near Stone.

Officers were called to Eccleshall Road, Norton Bridge at around 10.15 pm on Monday 3 November 2025 following reports of a crash involving a bicycle and a car.

The driver of the car left the scene before police arrived.

The cyclist, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital for treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing at this stage.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen the incident or captured it on CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage.

“Anyone with footage from the area at the time, or who may have witnessed the collision, is asked to get in touch,” they said.
