The group says it has been registered under charity number 1219553.

Man Time was set up to provide a welcoming space where men can meet, talk, listen and support one another, with regular sessions held in Stone.

The group says becoming a registered charity will give it a stronger foundation to develop its work, including applying for grants and funding, expanding its groups and activities and working with more organisations and communities.

Man Time told A Little Bit of Stone that Sir Gavin Williamson supported its application by writing to the Charity Commission.
