Stone Recorded Music Society aims to afford pleasure to people interested in recorded music (mainly but not exclusively classical) within a pleasant, comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

The Society, which began in 1944 as Stone Gramophone Society, was renamed Stone Recorded Music Society in 1986.

The meetings, roughly on alternate Fridays at Walton Community Centre on Whitemill Lane, startat 7.30pm with an interval of about 15 minutes at 8.30pm during which light refreshments are served.  The recitals usually end at approximately 9.40pm.

There is an annual membership fee of £10, with a recital fee of £2 which includes refreshments.  There is no charge for your first visit, so why not go along and enjoy the music and company.
