Regular visitors to the site will be familiar with Paul Maloney’s brilliant aerial videos of the town that we’ve shared here.
Paul uses a remote control helicopter to capture superb HD-quality video of Stone and other places, often flying from Westbridge Park. On Sunday, however, he got into a spot of bother after his helicopter crashed into a tree about 30ft up at Westbridge!
Paul appealed for help on A Little Bit of Stone’s Facebook page and eventually managed to dislodge his copter “after about three hours and tying together about 30 sticks”.
