Stone’s Christmas lights will be switched on for 2026 on Thursday 19 November, with entertainment getting under way from 5pm.
Stone Town Council has confirmed the date for this year’s event, which will build up to the Christmas lights being switched on at 7pm.
A range of performances are planned during the evening, along with funfair rides and a variety of stalls.
Councillor Jill Hood, chairman of the council’s Tourism and Town Promotion Sub Committee, said
“The Switch On is an extremely popular event so please put the date in your diary and make sure you get into town early to claim a good spot!”
