In pictures: 2014 Stone Civic Parade

Stone Scout and Guide Band lead the parade back up the High Street from St Michael’s Church

It was Civic Sunday in Stone at the weekend, when new Stone mayor Cathy Collier was joined by civic dignitaries and local groups to officially start her year in office. A parade, led by the Stone Scout and Guide Band, made its way from the town council offices to St Michael’s Church for a special service before heading back into the town centre for speeches and the National Anthem.
