Students at Stone’s Rooftop Studios are celebrating excellent results in the latest round of LAMDA (that’s the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) Drama and RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) ballet.
The studio has once again achieved a 100% pass rate in both disciplines, with a number of students in each gaining coveted distinctions. The nationally recognised qualifications are more than just a measure of talent – they can boost students’ chances of landing places in higher education institutes.

While the studio team is proud of the achievements of all its students, the results of two LAMDA drama students particularly stood out.
Laura added: “A 100% pass rate with several distinctions is fantastic, but we must give a special mention to two students – 18-year-old Freddie Borgman and 19-year-old Laura Pyatt, who both achieved distinctions in their LAMDA exams with the amazing scores of 95% and 91% respectively. We’re incredibly proud that Laura has now gone on to win a place at the prestigious Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.”[/box]
