Volunteers are needed to help Stone in Bloom with a big litter pick on Sunday 6th March as part of the Clean for the Queen weekend.
People in the town are urged to meet at Crown Street car park at 10.30am on Sunday morning. Litter bags will be provided, but please take a pair of gloves if you’re going along.
The previous day – Saturday 5th March – there’s a clean-up in Barlaston. Barlaston’s Big Clean takes place on Saturday 5th March from 10am. The meeting point is Barlaston Village Hall, on Longton Road. Bags and gloves will be provided, but volunteers are asked to take their own pickers if possible.
