Calling all traders and charities – join the fun at Stone’s Christmas Lights Switch On

Christmas Lights 2017Stone Town Council is appealing to traders and charities who are interested in taking a stall at November’s Christmas Lights Switch On to get in touch and secure a pitch.

It’s one of the most well-attended and popular events on the calendar – the Stone Town Council’s Christmas Lights Switch On Event! On Thursday, November 23, 2023, the High Street will be bustling with a variety of stalls selling everything from delicious food to handmade crafts. But that’s not all – local charities will be there too, showcasing their essential work while engaging in some festive fundraising activities.

If you’re a business looking to sell your products or a charity looking to promote your cause, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. The Council welcomes all enquiries from traders who want to set up a stall at this event. And for charities, there’s a special offer – you can set up a stall for free! All you need to do is provide an engaging activity, such as a festive-themed tombola, lucky dip, or games.

But hurry; there are only a limited number of stalls available, so don’t wait too long to secure your spot. For businesses, there’s a small charge of £30.00 (incl. VAT), and you can even hire tables for an additional cost of just £7.00 each (incl. VAT). Each pitch is 2.25m x 3m in size, covered and illuminated, so you can showcase your products in the best possible light.

To participate in this amazing event, contact Lindsay Fleetwood at Stone Town Council on 01785 619740 or via email at lindsay.fleetwood@stonetowncouncil.gov.uk by November 13, 2023. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to join in the festive fun and promote your business or charity to the local community!
