Former students of Alleyne’s Academy in Stone will be able to collect their exam certificates from Monday 14 December 2026, with a dedicated collection afternoon taking place at the school.

The academy has confirmed that certificates will be available for collection from its reception between 12pm and 4pm on Monday 14 December.
The collection day is open to former students who sat GCSE, BTEC or A Level qualifications at Alleyne’s Academy after 2023.
Students must bring official photographic ID when collecting their certificates.
Those unable to attend on the designated day can arrange an appointment to collect their certificates from the academy between 9am and 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Appointments must be arranged in advance by emailing exams@alleynes.staffs.sch.uk.
Students can also authorise somebody else to collect their certificates. To arrange this, they must email the exams team with the name of their nominated representative. The person collecting the certificates must bring their own photographic ID.
The academy has advised that exam certificates will be retained until 31 December 2027.
Anyone with questions or difficulties arranging collection can contact the exams team using the email address above.
