Keen walkers are being encouraged to take part in a free training course to help people get fit with walking.
Stone Walking For Health have organised a schedule of walks, most starting at the Stafford & Stone Canoe Club car park. There is an option of a short walk, or a longer one to suit all abilities, but both are subject to last minute change if necessary due to weather & other factors.
