Nature Therapy Day to support Positive Health

Wolseley Bridge Centre is holding a Nature Therapy day to help support positive health.

Saturday 13th May 2017 (10am-4pm) will see counsellors and therapists use ‘walk and talk’ to support healing in clients and for themselves but anyone can do it! Experiencing ‘nature-connectedness’ can have a profound effect on psychological health and wellbeing.

Discover this unique approach of combining Positive Psychology, Mindfulness Meditation and Nature with Maggie Bevington in beautiful surroundings at the Wolseley Centre, with its lakes, sensory garden & wildlife.
