The Ishta Centre for holistic healthcare in Kings Avenue is holding an open day on Saturday 21st May.
Visitors will be able to try out various therapies, such as Indian head massage, Reiki, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, meditation and more, for free.
Free posture and spinal checks will also be available on the day.
