The next Stone Choral Society Concert will be “Opera Choruses” conducted by Harriet Johnson.
It will feature a number of popular choruses by Bizet, Borodin, Mascagni, Puccini, Purcell, Verdi & Weber. We shall be joined by some children and adults from St Michael’s First School, Stone.
The concert starts at 7pm -earlier than our usual time, on Saturday 28th June at Priory Hall, St Dominic’s School, Station Road, Stone, ST15 8EN.
Tickets can be purchased from Plants the Jewellers or Home & Colour, both in Stone High Street, or by emailing tickets@stonechoral.org.uk or by phoning 01785 817754. Should the event not be sold out then tickets will be available on the door.
Tickets cost £10 (£8 concessions), but the price includes strawberries & cream, with a glass of wine or soft drink.
We are hoping for fine weather so the refreshments can be enjoyed outside, but even if it pours with rain, it should still be a great evening of music.
