Stone & District Scouts will take part in this year’s St George’s Day celebrations in Stone on Saturday 25 April 2026.

Young people from Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers will gather for a service at St Michael & St Wulfad’s Church before joining a parade through Stone High Street at 12.30pm.
The Squirrels will be dressed as dragons, while Beavers will take part as knights. Cubs, Scouts and Explorers will represent their sections in full uniform.
The parade will finish at the top of the High Street, where families can stay for a knight re enactment and the rest of the town’s celebrations.
Residents are invited to come along, support the young people, and enjoy the St George’s Day activities in Stone town centre.
