We caught up with Flawless business owner who’s coming to Stone’s Radford Street

Kelly LeesWe caught up with Kelly Lees to talk about her new business coming to Radford Street in Stone.

We recently spoke to award-winning Kelly Lees, the owner of Flawless Permanent Makeup, which is due to open at the former Set in Stone shop on Radford Street – between Streat Bar and Graze and Erica Turley Academy.

Kelly started out as a tattoo artist in 2009 before deciding to specialise in Permanent Cosmetic & Medical tattooing, completing her Micropigmentation Diploma in 2014. She was ranked amongst the top 10 Eyebrow Specialists in the UK Permanent Makeup Awards, and top 10 Permanent Makeup Technician in the English Hair & Beauty Awards.

We asked Kelly what drove her to open Flawless Permanent Makeup?

My love of art and skill in tattooing gave me the ability to help people and make them feel more confident about themselves. I am able to help people suffering from hair loss, cancer, scarring, or for purely cosmetic & convenience reasons.

With a very low number of empty units in Stone what made you decide to come to Stone and select the building that you’ve chosen?

My client Erica, who owns ‘Erica Turley Academy’, had recently opened her business on Radford Street and she told me about the vacant unit next door! Erica told me how lovely Stone is as a place to own an independent business and having recent moved to Swynnerton, coinciding with my current lease expiring, it all come together!

Flawless Permanent MakeupThere are a number of beauty businesses in Stone, what will you be offering and how will it stand out from what we already have?

I offer a more permanent solution to everyday cosmetics, I’m known for my subtle and natural eyebrow enhancements, bold eyeliner & permanent lip tints.

I can replicate hair follicles for baldness & alopecia, areola restoration for breast reconstruction patients, and treat scars to reduce their appearance.

My business is very specialised and I believe I am the sole provider of all the above services in Stone town centre.

What days are you planning to be open?

I take the keys for the shop this Thursday and plan to be open in the middle of the next week! (Week commencing 2nd December)

My plan is to be open Tuesday- Saturday, times to be confirmed.

I will have a special discount offer of 20% off a full-priced treatment for the first month of opening.

Where can people go to find out more details?

People can visit my facebook page – facebook.com/flawlesspermanentmakeup or visit my website www.flawlesspermanentmakeup.co.uk

Following the opening of the Charlie’s Cat Cafe and Mo’s Cider and Deli Store, Flawless Permanent Makeup sees another unit occupied and adds to the retail mix of Stone.
