Countdown to the big bonfire and fireworks display

Stone’s annual bonfire and fireworks night at Westbridge Park will be held on Saturday 6th November from 6.30pm.

There will be lots of food and drink stands, charity stalls and children’s rides on the site from 6.30pm, with the bonfire to be lit by town mayor Rob Kenney at 7.30pm before the big fireworks display at 8pm. No word yet on this year’s theme.

Tickets cost £5 for adults, £3 for children under 16 or £15 for a family ticket (two adults and up to three children). The event is sponsored this year by Capula from Stone Business Park.

A Best Dressed Guy competition will be running as usual – entrants should take guys to the Guides hut on Westbridge Park at 1pm on the day. They can either be traditional guys or in Wow costumes – Wow fans will know what this is!

Anyone with any wood for the bonfire should take it to Westbridge Park by Friday 5th November.

  1. do you require any timber for the bonfire?

We are a local fireplace company and have lots of crates and pallets available should you wish to collect, we would deliver but have no spare drivers this week.

Please let me know if this is of interest,

    Kind Regards
