This year’s bonfire and fireworks display in Stone is the 25th anniversary of the popular event.

What are your memories of the bonfire on Westbridge Park over the years? Were you there at the first?

    Yes I was there at the first one. Played an active part orgaiising every bonfire till 2000 when we left Stone. Hope to meet some of the original team tomorrow night for the 25th bonfire. Maureen, Bob Brett, the Purtan family. Also the newer team of Mrs Gale and Mrs Campbell-Kelly, Is there a prize for the furthest visitor to the Bonfire I will be there?
