Stone Classic Car event a roaring success

Classic CarsHundreds of people headed to Stone High Street today as the High Street played host to a Classic Car event

The event was organised in conjunction with Stone Town Council, and despite the rain, there was still a fabulous selection of classic vehicles on display.

The event was the brainchild of David Barnett of Regent Travel and with the help of Peter Cresswell of Stone Classic Car Group and Stone Town Council, the event was put together.

Peter co-ordinated his friends and colleagues to bring their classics along, and the High Street and Market Square were lined with some old and modern day classics.

From cars you aspired to own as a child or ones that your parents and grandparents owned, there was something for everyone.
